Stone started acting in 1969 as the character Antonio Rossi in his film debut A Dress for Sally Smalls. What most people don’t know regarding Stone’s career is that he was credited as a Mongolian warrior using his birth name “Stefano Castiglione” in the August 1969 historical box office disaster Genghis Kahn’s Last Con. The details on this are in the screenplay. He appeared in various low and medium budget movies until he hit box office gold as the lead character “Jonathan Steel” in the 1974 hit Blood Steel.
